Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Ripley, MS. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure), and assisting with daily living activities.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring all healthcare providers have access to essential information.

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies.

Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi.

Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
