RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a full-time Human Resources Specialist. This position will be 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prefer administrative experience in a human resources office within a healthcare setting, but will train the right person.
The ideal Human Resources Specialist will be adaptable to learn the following:
Detail Oriented- ensure multiple complex tasks, including personnel/benefits administration and credentialing, are completed in compliance with standards
Organized- complete recurring tasks independently and on time
Friendly- welcome multiple potential new staff and new hires each week to assist with paperwork
Flexible- adjust to new tasks or requirements as needed, especially during external audits
Discreet- maintain confidentiality as legally and ethically required
Computer Proficient- fully utilize software including MS Office, our personnel management program, and external sites used for benefits and workers' comp administration
SUMMARY
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department including both regular responsibilities and project-oriented tasks. All responsibilities are carried out in a manner consistent with established guidelines and procedures as well as Ridgeview values: integrity, quality, hope, compassion, acceptance, motivation, innovation, teamwork, & safety.
