Responsibilities:
Serving clients
Directing information
Data Entry & Manage Client database
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems
Coordinating schedules
Bookkeeping Tasks
Helping with Special Projects and tracking progress
Conducting Research
Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to improve and learn new skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, sports administration is preferred
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially Google Workplace
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
Ability to work Monday-Thursday between 9am and 3pm
Part-time
