Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Shift Requirements: Three 12hour shifts/week;

Weekends/Holiday: Every 4th weekend (7a-7p)

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Float requirements: None (Opportunities to pick up other shifts at Waukesha, Mukwonago and Pewaukee)

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency

Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census
