Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; experience working with students with SEMH needs preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for teaching and a commitment to student success; ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs; knowledge of restorative practice is desirable.
