ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance Coordinator oversees the entire maintenance program for the Fly Ash Benefication Plant.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Be part of a plant construction team and lead commissioning and plant start-up activities

Organize and develop plant maintenance team

Develop and implement the maintenance program for new fly ash beneficiation plant

Be part of the plant leadership team to optimize and improve plant reliability

Develop and monitor a perventative maintenance program to ensure plant reliability targets are achieved

Supervise hourly maintenance team and maintenance contractors

Develop maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance schedules

Develop and maintain plant lubrication program

Work with internal and external resources for plant mechanical/electrical inspections

Develop and maintain plant tool program

Develop equipment part lists and manage spare parts inventories

Work with plant leadership team for weekly production and maintenance planning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Field of Study Preferred: Industrial Maintenance

Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Maintenance experience

Additional Requirements:

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
