Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care

Supervise, develop, and support nursing staff and leaders

Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership

Drive nursing performance, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction

Support recruitment and retention of clinical staff with corporate resources

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred

At least 6 years of RN experience; 10+ preferred

3+ years in progressive nursing leadership or administrative roles

2+ years of inpatient psychiatric RN experience required

CNO or DON experience in a freestanding psychiatric facility strongly preferred

CPR and restraint/de-escalation training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
