Field Marketing Associate

Job Description

As a Field Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of Looner on the ground — bringing lake life to retailers, events, pop-ups - wherever good people are looking to unwind. Your mission: introduce people to Looner, spark curiosity, and turn first sips into lifelong fans. You’ll work activations, support event setup and breakdown, and bring the energy everywhere you go.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that’s ideal for someone who’s outgoing, dependable, and excited about being part of an early-stage brand. You’ll help us bring lake life everywhere you go — one can at a time.

You can work evenings, weekends, and travel to local events as needed

You’re comfortable using your phone to capture content and share moments from the field

Bonus: You have experience in cannabis, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Responsibilities

Represent Looner at local retailers, events, tastings, pop-ups, festivals, and community gatherings

Engage customers with warmth, product knowledge, and good energy

Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics

Help plan and execute memorable experiences — from casual tastings to larger events

Capture content (photos/videos) that can be used on social and marketing channels

Collect customer feedback and share field insights with the team

Maintain brand standards at all times (messaging, attire, compliance, etc.)
