Job Highlights

This position will support the global team to manage the SAP Systems migrated to SAP RISE

The position will also be responsible for ensuring availability of SAP systems along with the global team

Act as Second and Third Level support for SAP basis independently within the SAP Landscape - Support in day to day operations and Projects

Monitor SAP system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization

Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, security, and application teams, to ensure the smooth operation of the SAP landscape

Communicate with SAP and partners to resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of the SAP system

Analyze and implement necessary security measures, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance on data protection to ensure SAP systems comply with the security standards

Pro-actively analyze the existing SAP system configuration and suggest measures to optimize the performance parameters

Requirements

Specific Education :IT Graduate with experience in SAP BASIS

Work Experience :5 tO 10

Special Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including steering of external IT service providers like SAP, SAP BASIS Technical Knowledge, Handling SAP System at the level of 000 client - implementation of SAP Notes, Configurations - set new and change parameters, etc
