Job Description

We are looking for a full time Automotive Technician. Lyndale Garage Inc. is a family owned and operated independent repair facility. We offer old fashion service with todays technology. We want someone that likes to be challenge and is well rounded in all aspects of auto repair. The facility offers a range of things from bumper to bumper services, routine maintenance, and high leave diagnostics. We are a Certified Emissions Repair Facility in the state.

Duties to be preformed:

Automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using automotive diagnostic equipment

Conduct routine inspections/preventive maintenance on vehicles

Repair/replace faulty components like brakes, suspensions, engines. etc.

Use hand tools and power tools as needed to make repairs

Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical and electronic system issues

Ensure all repairs are completed according to safety standards and manufacturer spec.

Skills needed:

Knowledge of vehicle systems/Solid Mechanical knowledge for repairing and diagnosing

Strong repair skills

Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients to address their concerns

Familiarity with hand tools/power tools used in the industry

Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise in automotive repairs. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
