Daily Tasks

Updating purchase orders and receivers. Must be completed same day.

Packing list uploaded into Deacom system.

New requisitions uploaded into Deacom for all departments.

Upload BOL’s and shipping paperwork for both inbound and outbound trucks.

Communicates with both the Supply Chain Manager and Maintenance and Facility Manager regarding overdue orders.

Additional duties as assigned.
