Staff Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant I with client-facing experience, an insurance industry background, and strong MS Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced). This role provides a collaborative environment with excellent growth opportunities and exposure across multiple business entities.

Responsibilities:

Apply fees and commission cash receipts across multiple entities.

Address inquiries from stakeholders across various lines of business.

Partner with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for accurate, timely cash receipt applications.

Requirements:

1–3 years of accounting or related experience.

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Client-facing experience.

Insurance industry background.

Associate’s degree or higher (Bachelor’s preferred).
