Essential Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in using chat support tools and systems
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or live chat support role
Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $40,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
