About THE ROLE

Our team's mission is to build consistency and drive excellence across all store touchpoints across our channels, ensuring alignment with PVH’s overarching goals of brand growth and market leadership. This team owns the visual experience, collaborating closely with the Hub and EMEA teams to deliver impactful visual merchandising strategies within this channel, with responsibility for ensuring that our visual merchandising initiatives enhance the customer experience and elevate the brand presence in environment.

The PVH Visual Merchandising team is ultimately responsible for creating and implementing the amazing visual displays we see in our stores across Hub North. They act as brand guardians, maintaining look and feel whilst protecting the strong visual and globally recognized brand aesthetics so many of us have come to identify with so well.

As VM Coordinator, you'll take ownership and maintain the visual standards across CK and TH locations in your given area. You will uphold our brands identity and deliver world class window displays when required, adapting the styling to suit local market and stock allocation.(Pop-ups/ marketing events etc). Train, develop and inspire your key contacts, brand ambassadors and the in-store teams.

Working closely with the Senior VM coordinator and the Senior VM manager, to priorities tasks and manage daily planning and all schedules related to full price and concession stores visits.

Responsibilities include:

Creative

Be aware of visual direction provided by Amsterdam head office and use it effectively to enforce the UK+ vision for visual across the located area.

Ensure the mannequins, in the given area of stores, are installed correctly and styled correctly- this should include composition and positioning, across both brands

Dress any windows in the given area of stores, to accepted brand standard.

Adapt styling to suit local market/ stock package or buy

Refresh the layout of the floors across all doors regularly, to inject new life and interest into existing collections, considering the TH & CK vision at all times

To ensure all imagery and POS is always current, correctly sized and in good condition

Work alongside and develop the in- store teams/ brand specialists to ensure they understand the standards and vision for VM.

To ensure the majority of doors in the given area of stores, sit in the “progress and elevate “ category, at least 50%.

Planning and organization

Know and understand the VM schedule for the year ahead, ensuing daily duties and holidays are planned around it

Create own daily schedule, ensuring regular visits to all doors including wholesale

Plan ahead, including group training days on and off site

Regular communication to the given area of stores, by email or phone

Plan visits ahead to ensure relevant store team’s availability for coaching purposes

Attend local market training the ‘VM manager”

Liaise with the Senior VM coordinator and the Senior VM manager for support and further direction when required.

Organization and delivery of all VM kit for your area including mannequins and POS.

Communication

Maintain a close working relationship with the team, to ensure the sharing of information and for support

Maintain regular communication with the stores in a given area, to offer advice and support on all VM related issues

Ensure all doors in your given area receive all VM directives and updates for UK+.

Ensure a close relationship with retail operations, especially the area managers, working together to deliver the best VM service possible.

Liaise with B&M team on deliveries, stock issues and general feedback.

About YOU

Previous experience within a Visual Merchandising field role

You have a creative/retail background

Window / styling experience within a previous role

A full clean driving license, this is essential as there will be travel involved in this role

Strong project management skills, able to work at pace and adapt fast
