Engineering Manager
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (Annual, Full-Time, Direct Hire)

They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, tooling, and automation efforts that support production operations. This role offers a mix of hands-on leadership, technical problem-solving, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the tooling and automation departments, managing all related projects.
Ensure tooling is properly designed, manufactured, and implemented on schedule and within budget.
Conduct first-piece approvals and monitor process capability studies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Evaluate and collaborate with potential suppliers; stay current on the latest materials and processing technologies.
Promote a safety-first culture, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in the automotive industry; preference for 10+ years total engineering experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and work directly with teams on the plant floor.
Broad background in tooling design/maintenance, fixtures, and automation equipment.
