As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to ensure our machinery and infrastructure run like clockwork.

The Role

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the technical backbone of our production facilities. You’ll oversee all maintenance activities across both feed and flour mill operations, ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency. You’ll lead a team of technicians and engineers, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and implement preventive maintenance strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across feed and flour mill facilities

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and engineers

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory

• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management within feed mills and flour mills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Familiarity with milling equipment such as pellet presses, hammer mills, sifters, conveyors, and packaging lines

• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot PLC systems

• Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
