Feed Mill Manager Animal Nutrition Specialist

Location: Tripoli, Libya - Full-Time

We are a dynamic and growing feed mill dedicated to producing high-quality animal feed for a diverse range of livestock including layer chicks, broiler chicks, camels, sheep, dairy cows, and beef cattle. Our mission is to support animal health and performance through precision nutrition and operational excellence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Feed Mill Manager with a strong background in animal nutrition and feed mill operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and people management skills. You will oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed quality and consistency, and guide both operators and maintenance teams toward optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of feed mill production, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory

• Ensure nutritional accuracy and formulation compliance for all feed types produced

• Supervise and mentor mill operators and maintenance personnel

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate preventive maintenance

• Collaborate with nutritionists and veterinarians to optimize feed performance

• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

• Monitor raw material usage and manage supplier relationships

• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and feed quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in feed mill management and animal nutrition

• In-depth knowledge of feed formulation for poultry, ruminants, and camels

• Strong understanding of feed mill machinery, automation systems, and maintenance protocols

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

• Degree in Animal Science, Feed Technology, or related field preferred
