Electrical Branch Manager

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership opportunity ideal for an experienced professional in the electrical contracting industry with a proven track record in operations, project management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Direct daily operations of our Denver branch

Estimate and manage electrical projects up to $10M

Ensure compliance with NEC and local Denver electrical codes

Drive growth through sales, client development, and strategic initiatives

Oversee project management, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Recruit, hire, and train top electrical talent

Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor and client relationships

Take ownership of branch financial performance, including P&L

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in electrical contracting

Strong background in project management, budgeting, and negotiations

Business development or sales experience in the electrical/construction space

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow high-performing teams

Licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician (preferred – Colorado)

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 per year
