Call Center / Debt Collector

We are looking for a Debt Collector to join our team! You will be responsible for securing bill payments from your customers.

Competitive hourly pay and commissions. Paid holidays, benefits after 90 days and 401k available.

Responsibilities:

Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts

Receive and post payment to customer's account

Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts

Keep records and status of customer's account

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales or collections.

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Bilingual is a plus
