Job Posting: Hybrid Outside Sales Representative (CT/W. MA)

Industry Electric, a growing electronics distributor, is looking for a hybrid outside sales representative for a protected territory in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a motivated, independent individual who wants to build relationships and grow a territory. While this is a mostly remote position, we're looking for someone who lives in or around the Enfield, CT area.

What You'll Do

Prospect, build, and maintain a territory from the ground up by forging strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Work with repeat business customers in the marine, aviation, automotive/trucking, and advanced controls sectors.

Drive sales of electrical products to reoccurring volume users in manufacturing and repair.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual who has the fortitude and drive to build a career in sales. While prior experience isn't required, we’ve found that the right person for this role is eager to learn and earn, and may have a background in a service-oriented field or as a mechanic looking to transition into a new career. We also welcome those with experience in outside sales to the industrial industry, including electronics, hardware, and controls.
