We are seeking a hands-on Commissioning & Field Service Specialist III to lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SCR systems for industrial manufacturing. This role requires a strong technical background in industrial equipment, with expertise in pumps, motors, valves, and continuous processing systems. The ideal candidate will work independently on customer sites, provide technical training, and drive process improvements while ensuring seamless system operations.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation and commissioning of SCR systems at customer locations.

Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize pumps, motors, and valves in continuous processing systems.

Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency.

Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs for end users.

Conduct vibration analysis monitoring, audits, and process evaluations for equipment health.

Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and employees.

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals for equipment modifications.

Document daily progress reports, service visits, and troubleshooting procedures.

Prepare technical reports and recommendations to improve system performance.

Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) to support customer installations.Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (or 15+ years of direct industrial equipment installation & maintenance experience).

5+ years of experience in industrial equipment installation & maintenance.

Hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and modify technical drawings and schematics.

Experience with customer site installations and commissioning.Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance & commissioning.

AutoCAD experience or willingness to learn.

Proven track record of successful project completion.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Interview Process:
