Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Export
Submitting forecast for service parts demand
Working with WH and buyer for parts availability/readiness
Preparing/releasing parts stocking shipment to APAC depot
Preparing related additional shipping document/declarations
Deal with potential import issue
Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels for service spare parts
Reviewing/processing invoices and purchase requests for service spare parts
Yearly cycle count for in-house inventory and also overseas depots inventory
Import
Routine administrative work including data entry/maintenance
Billing only RMA application
Managing the defective parts return from customer to depot and from depot to SMC
Receiving issue verification with RMA team
Holds weekly team meeting for unclose RMA follow up
Other
Document and improve processes for inventory control
Work with 3PL partners to resolve logistics issues and discrepancies
Assist Solution PM in the review of service contracts and propose proper service offering
Participate in the preparation of schedules and analysis of service setup and support
Assis the team in preparing the service reports and follow up with customer support issues
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
Experience: 3 years(or more) of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills to handle logistics and inventory challenges effectively.
Detail oriented
Excellency in English
Plus: Familiar with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, WMS)
