Our rheumatology department seeks a skilled and motivated Rheumatologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional rheumatologic care.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced rheumatologist or Fellow to join our team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to diagnose and manage patients with rheumatic diseases, providing high-quality care and education to our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

$200,000 Starting Salary plus a Sign-on Bonus in first paycheck.

Additional incentives will be paid on value-based services.

Retention bonus will be paid at year 2.

401K with 6% employer match - immediate vesting.

4 Day Work week.

16 patients a day.

EHR is EPIC.

Referral base – COPC employs over 400 primary care providers, but we also accept referrals from outside of COPC (OhioHealth, Mount Carmel, OSU).

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine.

Completion of a fellowship in rheumatology.

Board certification in rheumatology within 2 years of joining the practice.

State medical license in good standing.

Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing rheumatic diseases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
