The customer service specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are produced and delivered in accordance with the written purchase orders. They will review open order reports daily to ensure seamless transition of order. This role will require working with the art department to ensure artwork is completed on time, working with production to ensure orders are produced on time and working with shipping to ensure orders have shipped on time.
This role will also work with outside sales reps to provide sales opportunity and sales support to ensure customers are having the best experience with Image One. There will sometimes be needs to problem solving that will require decisive decision making and action.
The customer service specialist will be in constant contact with customers to build a relationship from our home office that will support the outside sales reps and help grow the account. This will include following up on shipments to ensure customers are happy with their order, finding out if there are reorder opportunities, and providing art and buying opportunities to customers on a rotating and regular basis. A customer service specialist will assist in the oversight and management of sales goals for each outside sales rep and accounts that they support.
