Shift: 2:50 PM - 10:50 PM (Evening shift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a committed and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care team in Newark, NJ. This position is ideal for experienced or second-career nurses looking for balance, team stability, and the chance to serve those who have served others.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Document patient information accurately in medical records.
Provide emotional support and patient education.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Uphold the highest standards of compassionate, quality care.

Required Qualifications:
