Certificated Bailiff Peaceful Repossession

We require the services of a certificated enforcement agent (bailiff) to assist with a peaceful repossession of an industrial unit.

• Location: Splott, Cardiff, CF24 • Property type: Industrial Unit • Grounds: Non-payment / breach of licence • Locksmith: Provided by us on the day Your role will include: • Attending on the agreed date to lawfully repossess the premises.

• Serving the Notice of Re-entry / eviction notice on the tenant.

• Overseeing a peaceful process (no forced entry if the tenant is present). • Providing written confirmation of repossession and notice served.

Additional Information: • We will provide a draft Notice of Re-entry if required.

• All work must be carried out in compliance with enforcement law.

We are aware that professional fees may be higher (we have a quote of £395), so we welcome experienced enforcement agents to submit their proposals accordingly.
