Your Tasks

In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers – you’ll help steer our business to sustainable success and make a real impact. Here is what you will do in detail:

Take ownership of tour operator controlling and keep performance on course (think: smart analyses and insights)

Navigate cost and revenue planning with confidence and precision

Provide clear, impactful analyses and reports for your area of responsibility

Keep an eye on cost centers and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and HGB

Be part of exciting projects to optimize our processes and structures for the long haul

Be a trusted sparring partner for our department heads on all things financial and business-related

Your Profile

6+ years of relevant work experience in financial controlling

A degree in economics (Master’s or Bachelor’s with solid experience) – Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering are all welcome

Strong professional background in controlling or related areas

A sharp mind for business interconnections and strategic thinking

Hands-on experience with SAP (especially SAP FI and CO)

A problem-solver with a structured, solution-oriented way of working

Proactive, analytical, and ready to bring fresh ideas

Excellent German skills (C1+) and very good English, both spoken and written
