Senior Human Resource Officer

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and support the HR team in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor laws.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.

Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, coaching, and career development plans.

Manage employee relations, including handling complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Provide HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.

Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve organizational performance Perform any other activity as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or any related field.

A minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in a related field
