Job Description

Responsible for leading the development of CNC manufacturing processes for new products

Will develop cycle time estimates and cost models

Will design fixtures, work holding devices and inspection gages as needed

Will research and implement innovative manufacturing processes

Will champion continuous improvement projects to reduce set up times and boost efficiency

Key Requirements

Ability to design fixtures and work holding devices

Experience improving shop floor efficiency
