Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Coccolo located in Mohali. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, answering inquiries, managing bookings, and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

Guest Services and Guest Service skills

Customer Service and Communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
