Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to lead and manage end-to-end plant operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Derabassi. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring quality, optimizing production efficiency, and meeting business goals in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain.

Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process efficiency, and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with quality standards (TS 16949 / IATF / ISO) and regulatory requirements.

Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and other operational excellence initiatives.

Lead capacity planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.

Monitor and control operational budgets, costs, and CAPEX planning.

Champion workplace safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance.

Develop and mentor plant teams; build a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation.

Collaborate with senior management, supply chain, and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).

18–25 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a plant leadership role.

Proven expertise in precision components / automotive components manufacturing.

Strong exposure to CNC machining, die casting, forging, assembly, and automation.

Hands-on experience in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing practices.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Track record of driving efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality excellence.
