THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining features across our entire platform – from interactive React-based dashboards to secure backend APIs. You'll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a high-quality, scalable solution that empowers businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop and maintain frontend components using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

-Build and manage backend services and APIs, primarily using NestJS (Node.js).

-Implement features such as user dashboards, data assessment engines, and reporting functionalities.

-Integrate third-party APIs as needed.

-Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality, performance, and security.

-Write comprehensive unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests.

Collaborate with the team to design and implement database schemas and data flows.

-Maintain a strong focus on delivering features efficiently and effectively.

Key Deliverables You'll Contribute To:

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

-2+ years of full-stack JavaScript development experience.

-Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and building REST APIs.

-Strong experience with backend development using NestJS.

-Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and application security principles.

-Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

-Familiarity with version control (Git).

-Proven ability to write and maintain tests.

-Experience or keen interest in using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor AI, Lovable, Bolts) to enhance development productivity.

-A delivery-focused and proactive mindset.

Bonus Points:

Experience with cloud platforms .

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Interest in platforms that drive positive business impact.
