Window Gang of McKinney is hiring a driven, independent Outside Sales Executive to grow both residential and commercial revenuewith a strategic emphasis on commercial accounts that provide recurring business and seasonal stability. Top performers in this role can earn $75,000$120,000+ annually through a combination of base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on self-generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. Youll be selling both one-time residential jobs and multi-service commercial contractsbut the real upside comes from nurturing repeat commercial clients like office buildings, medical facilities, and HOAs.

What Youll Do:
Prospect and close new residential & commercial accounts
Generate your own pipeline through outreach, canvassing & local networking
Submit clean, margin-smart estimates and follow up relentlessly
Build relationships with office managers, HOAs, medical facilities & builders
Attend expos, community events & referral partner functions
Balance quick residential wins with strategic commercial partnerships
Nurture repeat business to drive off-season and winter revenue
Shape recurring contracts and bundled jobs with long-term ROI
Compensation Breakdown:
Guaranteed: $600$750/week
Tiered Monthly Commission:
$0$10K = 7%
$10,001$25K = 9%
$25,001$40K = 10%
$40K+ = 12%
Bonus: $500/month for exceeding $25K in commercial revenue
Lead Bonus: $50 per self-sourced job over $500
Annual Potential: $75K$120K+ based on real production
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of solo outside sales experience (home services, B2B, or field work)
Proven history of closing deals without a team
Comfortable canvassing, walking in cold, and pitching with confidence
Values accuracy, follow-through, and clean documentation
Hungry to build somethingand be rewarded for it
Understands the value of repeat commercial relationships and knows how to nurture them
