The role
We look for the curious, the creative, the collaborators, and the inspired. People who are keen to work with the latest solutions, and who want to make a positive impact by creating engaging marketing activities that support growth.
We are looking for a student or recent graduate who is organized, proactive, and eager to develop their skills in marketing. You will support our marketing team across a wide range of activities – from content creation and social media management to event coordination and partner communication.
You will:
Assist the marketing team with daily administrative support and organization
Draft, edit, and proofread content for social media, newsletters, website, and presentations
Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, monitor engagement, and interact with our community
Support email marketing campaigns: manage mailing lists, prepare content, and track performance
Help coordinate events such as webinars, trade shows, and partner/customer gatherings, including logistics and follow-up
Contribute to partner marketing initiatives by preparing materials, updating websites, and supporting communications
Assist with updating and maintaining website content
Help run marketing campaigns and ensure smooth execution
Maintain and update data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to support ongoing projects
About you
The right fit for this role is a person with a hands-on, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. You enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with others, and you have an eye for detail as well as a creative mindset.
You are/have:
Studying at university (preferably marketing, communications, business, or similar) or recently graduated
Interest in developing skills within marketing, digital communication, and events
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using digital tools (experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn is a plus)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
Able to work from our Malmö office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
