The P&A Pricing specialist is responsible for proactively formulating and implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability across regions, channels, and product categories to facilitate sales and profit growth. His/Her responsibilities include researching and analysing competitors' pricing, and market trends to create adaptable pricing models. S/He works closely with various departments to ensure price accuracy and consistency across different sales channels and product lines.

Accountabilities:

Establish and execute the pricing strategies for P&A products in coordination with P&A Product Managers. Attention will be given to the competitive market, sales channels, cost, and currency evolution.

Lead data analysis for the P&A business to support business initiatives and cross-functional improvement opportunities such as sales opportunities, and new business development.

Lead annual (or as needed) pricing process to maximize profit for the business while maintaining competitiveness and market positioning consistent with our brand.

Support price maintenance as needed and in a timely manner.

Identify and implement pricing structure and process improvements to simplify the business and reduce errors.

Define and implement a complete set of KPI’s which allows to monitor sales, margins, cost variation and price harmonization.

Actively participate in specific ad hoc projects to support business needs.

Skills & Knowledge:

Min. 5 years’ experience in an organization which maximizes revenues from sales of organization’s products and/or services through a base of reseller partners like dealers, value-added resellers, distributors or retailers.

Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to identify and communicate key information in an easy to understand way.

Ability to operate in an international environment, cultural awareness and geopolitical knowledge.

Fluent in English and Dutch, other European languages highly desirable.

Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and other analytical tools.

Our offer:

This exciting position is a Global Grade 11 and offers a salary of between €55,000 and €70,000 (payable in 12.96 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
