We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our employee-owned team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our technicians represent the face of our company, delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships with customers across the Milwaukee Metro Area.

We will train and also have a 2nd shift in our service department, which means much less call outs while on call required or possibly even an opportunity to work on our 2nd shift schedule!
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and ventilation units
Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system tune-ups
Communicate with customers to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
Complete service tickets and documentation using mobile or office systems
Follow safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies at all times
Maintain an organized, well-stocked service vehicle
Collaborate with dispatch and support staff for efficient scheduling and job completion
Keep up with training and certification requirements as technology and systems evolve

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician (preferred)
EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal required)
HVAC certification or associate degree (a plus)
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call rotationsCompany Description
