Javerbaum Wurgaft, a leading statewide civil litigation firm with nine offices, is seeking a talented and experienced Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team in Northern New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with at least three years of experience in medical malpractice law. The ideal candidate will be a strong litigator passionate about advocating for clients and securing favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling all aspects of medical malpractice cases, from intake to trial.

Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Taking and defending depositions.

Negotiating settlements.

Collaborating with a team of experienced legal professionals.

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of plaintiff medical malpractice experience.

Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A proven track record of success in litigation.
