We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to support our growing operations in Belleville and surrounding contractor sites.

These roles involve working primarily at factory locations, performing walking patrols, access control, and ensuring adherence to site safety procedures. With new contracts and special services in development, we are looking to build a strong team of full-time and part-time guards for both current and upcoming positions.

Responsibilities for Security Guard in Belleville

Conduct regular walking patrols of factory sites and contractor locations

Perform access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas

Observe, report, and document any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security breaches

Maintain accurate and timely incident and shift reports

Enforce site rules and regulations in a professional manner

Participate in and comply with WSIB safety protocols and training

Communicate effectively with site personnel, contractors, and supervisors

Provide a visible deterrent to criminal or unsafe activity

Qualifications for Security Guard in Belleville

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

Valid First Aid Certificate

G Class Driver’s License with access to a vehicle preferred, but not mandatory

Prior experience in security, especially in industrial or factory environments, is an asset

Physically able to perform foot patrols and stand for extended periods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to follow procedures and respond to incidents calmly and professionally

Completion of WSIB safety training (or willingness to complete upon hiring)
