Schedule: Full-time
BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
What You'll Be Doing:
Uses extensive working technical knowledge of infrastructure operations & maintenance & receives general direction in order to evaluate current IT policies, procedures, & practices & recommend &/or leads IT driven change effort, participates in &/or leads activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, & perform solutions designs.
Creating, troubleshooting & maintaining Production & Test Azure environments
Designing, implementing & supporting a stable Azure environment.
Using knowledge of design to implement & support a stable Windows OS IIS (Internet Information Services) environment that supports BWC applications.
Developing Azure DevOps & GitHub Enterprise within BWC.
Providing leadership & engineering for Active Directory, Automic, the Web Support team to support Web releases, & Web applications, interfaces with 3rd party software providers as needed to design, implement & troubleshoot as needed.
supports Disaster Recovery needs & implements Security best practices & performs vulnerability management for environment.

To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:
Required Experience and/or Education
60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating current IT policies, procedures and practices, recommending and/or leading IT driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems AND 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating current IT policies, procedures and practices, recommending and/or leading IT driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems AND 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: evaluating current it policies, procedures and practices, recommending and/or leading IT driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
