As a Outreach support worker within SPARK.

Delphi’s Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service in Blackburn with Darwen, is to support an enhanced outreach offer with vulnerable groups, including Hep testing in HMOs and prescriber outreach into these cohorts on a weekly basis.

The outreach practitioner will support teams to target hard to reach groups and facilitate engagement into service which will contribute to the service development and innovation, striving to continually improve our service offer.

The role requires the support worker to drive outreach vehicles including our Minibus and clinical van.
