Your role:

Installation, maintenance and commissioning of 3D machines – OEM Lasers

Provide troubleshooting and repair services to customers

Periodical maintenance of machines

Onsite training to customers for operation and/or maintenance of machines

Submit organized and helpful service reports for each repair mission

Receive factory product trainings and technical service knowledge as needed

Build relationships with customers in all functions at all levels and assure effective delivery of services

Work carefully with in-house engineers for technical assistance and provide them with diagnostic feedback

Fully adept at reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and theory of operation manuals

Perform additional tasks as required

Your profile:

Technical school in engineering principles

Experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics is helpful

Good command of English and/or German both written and oral

Well-mannered, able to work with all different types of customers

Open, clear and efficient communication, convincing and positive attitude

Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times

Well-developed organization and time management skills, prioritize between conflicting demands

Being a good team player with good communication skills

Valid driving license and ability to drive

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 kg
