Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business course.
3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting.
2 years on Construction Management, General contracting or Sub-contracting experience is a plus.
Understanding on commercial insurance policies is an advantage.
Inclined in the use of QuickBooks.
Proficient in Office applications especially in spreadsheet and presentations;
Devoted to his/her work, trustworthy, with a sound mental attitude and disposition.
Gives high value on confidentiality.
