Low Voltage Foreman

Next Level Technician is looking for a Foreman to lead large-scale structured cabling and infrastructure projects in Columbus, Ohio paying $38-$43 per hour. This is a hands-on leadership role where youâ ll oversee crews, ensure quality work, and keep projects on track with safety and customer standards.

What Youâ ll Do

Lead multiple crews on structured cabling and infrastructure build projects.

Work directly with the Project Manager on schedules, milestones, and safety compliance.

Manage labor, productivity, and materials to keep projects on time and within scope.

Oversee site safety and ensure standards are met throughout the project.

Review quality with QA/QC teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Train, coach, and support Leads to strengthen team performance.

Coordinate with Field Engineers and other contractors to ensure seamless execution.

What Weâ re Looking For

5+ years of experience in structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and large project builds.

Ability to lead crews and run mid- to large-size projects.

Strong understanding of copper & fiber installation, terminations, certification, and troubleshooting.

Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and portmaps.

Certified Fiber Installer (CFI), Certified Cabling Test Technician (CFTT), or equivalent (BICSI/FOA).

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
