Our firm is seeking a well-qualified senior attorney who can handle a full caseload of defense sided files in litigation, work independently, and zealously represent our clients both in and out of court. $125,000 to $175,000Responsibilities:

Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration

Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responsesQualifications:

Work independently while handling a heavy caseload

Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience

5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal fieldAbout Company
