Henri de Tonti Blvd, Springdale AR 72762 Job Summary As a Retail Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth store operations.

Your responsibilities will include: * Operating the cash register, scanning items, and processing customer transactions * Making change, cashing checks, and issuing receipts or tickets * Taking inventory and replenishing merchandise as needed * Stocking shelves, counters, and displays with new or transferred items * Setting up advertising signs and creating attractive product displays * Maintaining cleanliness in display cases, shelves, aisles, windows, and restrooms * Assisting customers by transporting packages to vehicles when necessary * Sorting and repacking ingredients in the repack room * Demonstrating behavior aligned with McKee Foods' values, policies, and safety practices * Practicing good personal hygiene and ensuring a clean work area Required Qualifications * Strong commitment to McKee Foods' values, ethics, and objectives.
