Business Analyst Intern (Jakarta, Indonesia)

BTS Indonesia is looking to hire interns for 2025. We are seeking individuals who can commit to a 3–6 month internship, with preference given to final-year students able to commit to the full 6 months.

We prioritize interns who have the ambition to join BTS as full-time hires after their internships. Your time with us will give you a complete glimpse into the life of a BTS Consultant while allowing you to demonstrate your fit with the role and our culture.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on consulting experience, supporting our teams in designing simulations, preparing workshops, and shaping leadership programs for senior executives.

What you’ll do:

Support consultants in designing and managing projects that directly contribute to clients’ strategy and business priorities.

Assist in preparing and delivering workshops — virtually, locally, and regionally.

Conduct research, create materials, and test programs to ensure quality and impact.

Learn by working alongside experienced consultants, contributing ideas and insights.

Help enhance client relationships by identifying new needs and opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top university, with strong skills in presentation and analysis.

Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (another Asian language is a plus).

Interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case competitions, consulting clubs, public speaking, travel).
