GAO Tek Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our growing team. This exciting opportunity combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic tasks designed to support organizational growth and enhance our company’s market presence. Job Type: Internship

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Help identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach platforms. Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to help streamline the recruitment process.

Maintain positive candidate experiences by managing follow-up communications, answering queries, and ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process.

Support new employee integration and ensure timely communication of required information during the onboarding process.

Contribute to research efforts aimed at identifying growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging recruitment practices.

Help engage potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities. Build and maintain relationships to support strategic growth and partnerships.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Have an interest in HR and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Adaptable to a fast-paced, global work environment.
