Automotive Bookkeeper

Job Description

Volvo Cars Westport is looking for a hardworking individual who is very detail-oriented and has the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. This is a full time position with Monday - Friday hours.

Job duties involve:

Daily banking

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Reconcile and balance accounts

Post internal repair orders and parts invoices

Data entry

Prepares 1099s

Posting Deals

Qualifications:

Previous automotive experience preferred.

Knowledge of CDK is a plus.
