About Us:

Complete Pest Management LLC is looking for a Pest Control Technician, preferably someone already certified, to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best treatment plan

Apply pesticides and other pest management solutions according to industry standards and safety regulations

Communicate with customers about the treatment process, safety precautions, and follow-up care

Maintain accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions

Provide preventative solutions and educate customers on pest prevention best practices

Operate company vehicle safely and maintain equipment in good working condition

Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to pest control

Attend training sessions and stay current with industry developments and certifications

Requirements:

State pest control certification/license preferred but will train the right person

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, outdoors, crawlspaces, attics)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
