Prepare financial statements for both construction jobs-in-progress and property portfolios

Monitor and forecast cash flow and manage cash positions

Job costing

Oversee accounts payable coding and receivable collections

Review monthly financials for a portfolio of properties and projects

Support audits internal, external, and broker-related

Supervise and assist Property Accountants and guide their financial reporting About You as the Controller Construction & Property Management

Familiar with both construction and property management accounting cycles

Comfortable job cost allocation

Confident working directly with ownership-level stakeholders

Able to coordinate audits and year-end reporting across multiple entities
